What type did you set your domains to in the domains table? I've just tried that and it seems like this is not working for me, but I've figure it out if I change last_check to NULL, powerdns not only synchronize all DNS records, but it also update SOA record. Thanks @Peter On master server, every domain is set to MASTER, and on slave is set to SLAVE.On Unix-like operating systems it is the de facto standard.Originally written by four graduate students at the Computer Systems Research Group at the University of California, Berkeley (UCB), the name originates as an acronym from Berkeley Internet Name Domain." If any log/setting is needed, let me know and I will provide the same. I've just tried that and it seems like this is not working for me, but I've figure it out if I change last_check to NULL, powerdns not only synchronize all DNS records, but it also update SOA record.
